The Detecto MX908 brings together the full MX feature set: Opti-Height optical height measurement, Tilt & Roll portability, a heavy-duty 25″ wrap-around handrail for patient stability, MotionLock weight accuracy, and a full-featured console with LB/KG lockout, BMI output, auto zero, recall, and reweigh capability.
Height is measured by lowering the foldable headpiece onto the patient’s head and pressing HEIGHT — instant, accurate, and automatic. The wrap-around handrail with 25″ spacing ensures secure patient support without obstructing foot positioning on the platform. Tilt & Roll design enables easy repositioning between patient areas. Fully assembled for immediate clinical use.
