Endoscope Cabinets for Drying and Storage
LIOMAR supplies the TruAir range by Capsa Healthcare across Canada: drying and storage cabinets for flexible endoscopes, transport and dilator carts, the Scope Tracker and TruHEPA filter replacements. We remain your first contact and work with Capsa.
One range from drying to transport
Choose the drying cabinet when scopes need forced air through their channels, and a storage cabinet when they hang in filtered air only. The transport cart carries scopes within your facility, the Scope Tracker follows drying and hang time on the drying cabinet, and the TruHEPA package replaces the filters. Drying and storage times come from your facility’s guidelines and each endoscope manufacturer’s instructions.

Questions about endoscope cabinets
What is an endoscope drying cabinet?
A cabinet where flexible endoscopes hang while HEPA-filtered air flows through their channels. In the TruAir drying cabinet, each scope connects to an air manifold, and the air comes from an integrated pump (DRY models) or from your hospital air (HA models). A storage cabinet keeps filtered air around the scopes but does not push air through their channels.
How should endoscopes be stored?
As set by your facility’s guidelines and each endoscope manufacturer’s instructions for use. In the TruAir range, flexible endoscopes hang in the storage or drying cabinet, small-diameter bronchial and ENT scopes in the wall cabinet, and esophageal dilators lie flat in the dilator cart.
