Filters on schedule, for five years
Capsa ships a new MU-TruHEPA filter to your door every six months, for five years.
You order once, with the part number MU-TruHEPA Filter 6/5, instead of reordering each filter.
Turn the TruHEPA fan off and unplug the cabinet, then slide the filter holder out to the left.
Place the new filter in the holder with the airflow arrow pointing to the cabinet, slide it back and turn the fan on.

Questions about the TruHEPA package
How often should the HEPA filter be replaced?
Capsa’s TruHEPA instructions recommend a new filter every four months with continuous filtration, and every six months with nightly use. Its illustrated sheet gives four to six months. The package ships one filter every six months: if your cabinet filters continuously, tell us and we plan the extra filters with you.
What does the TruHEPA maintenance package include?
One MU-TruHEPA filter delivered every six months, for five years, under a single purchase order (part number MU-TruHEPA Filter 6/5). Capsa does not list other parts in the package. The two Capsa instruction sheets for changing the filter are in the Documents section.
Is the TruHEPA package compatible with all TruAir models?
It is for TruAir cabinets fitted with a TruHEPA unit: the storage cabinet, the drying cabinet and the M1201HG-HEPA wall cabinet. Send us the model number on your cabinet and we confirm the filter before ordering.
How is the TruHEPA filter replaced?
Turn the TruHEPA fan off and unplug the cabinet. Slide the filter holder out to the left, place the new filter between its arms with the airflow arrow pointing to the cabinet, then slide the holder back until it sits flush. Plug the cabinet in and press the power button: it glows when the unit is on.
