TR 2000 Mod 21 Hydraulic Shower Trolley

A shower trolley for a full shower lying down, for patients and residents up to 200 kg (440 lb). The caregiver raises it with a foot pump to a working height between 600 and 900 mm (23.6 and 35.4 in), with no battery to charge.
- Maximum working load of 200 kg (440 lb)
- Height from 600 to 900 mm (23.6 to 35.4 in) by foot pump; no battery
- Side-mounted column: the stretcher overlaps the bed for the transfer
- Drains at both ends; four sizes, from 1,600 to 2,100 mm (63 to 82.7 in) long
A full shower, lying down

The column sits on the side, so the stretcher slides over the bed and lowers onto the mattress. The patient is moved across, then the side rails are raised for transport.

TR Equipment designs the height adjustment to limit bending and static load for the caregiver. A foot pump raises the stretcher in about 18 strokes.

For a patient who cannot be moved to a trolley, the Wishower brings the shower to the bed.
Features of this shower trolley
Hydraulic height adjustment
A foot pump raises the stretcher from 600 to 900 mm (23.6 to 35.4 in). It lowers smoothly when the pedal is pressed and stops when it is released.
Drains at both ends
The patient can lie in either direction. A 1 m flexible drain hose with holder comes as standard; a 2.5 m hose is an option.
Manual tilt
A handle tilts the stretcher by up to 4° in either direction, for comfort, for drainage or to a Trendelenburg position.
Foldable side rails
The rail on the bed side folds down level for the transfer. Held upright, the side rails narrow the trolley for tight doorways.
Corner bumper wheels
Rubber bumper wheels on all four corners of the stretcher protect doors and door frames.

Questions about the TR 2000
How do you use a shower trolley?
With the TR 2000, TR Equipment’s steps are: lower both side rails, slide the stretcher over the bed and lower it onto the mattress, brake, and move the patient across. Raise and lock the side rails, raise the stretcher and roll to the shower. Place the foot end over a floor drain, attach the drain hose, tilt the stretcher and check the water temperature before and during the shower.
How is the TR 2000 raised and lowered?
With a hydraulic foot pump: about 18 strokes take the stretcher from 600 to 900 mm (23.6 to 35.4 in). Pressing the pedal down lowers it smoothly in 15 to 20 seconds, depending on the weight, and it stops as soon as the pedal is released. There is no battery to charge; the battery-operated version is the TR 3000.
Will the TR 2000 pass through narrow doorways?
The trolley is 640 mm (25.2 in) wide with the side rails upright, or 695 mm (27.4 in) for the TR 2000 W. TR Equipment notes that holding the side rails upright reduces the width for narrow doorways, and rubber bumper wheels on the four corners protect door frames.
How is the TR 2000 cleaned?
Clean it right after each use. TR Equipment asks for a non-abrasive detergent with less than 5% chloride and less than 3% alcohol by weight, and no solvent-based cleaners on the mattress. For a thorough cleaning, undo the four mattress straps and remove the mattress and pillow, then rinse, wipe and dry before the next use.
How much does the TR 2000 shower trolley cost?
