Avalo accommodates virtually all popular compliance packaging systems. Capsa sizes the cart from your medications per resident, your cycle length and your distribution model.
UDS, UDL and UDXL use 3, 6 and 10 in drawers. Spoolstor carts hold packaging in single modular bins, with dividers, clear lids and labelling space.
A key lock as standard, or a 4-digit code. AutoLock relocks a cart left still after 1 to 99 minutes.
Laptop, tablet and All-In-One mounts fit Capsa medication carts. A slide-out keyboard and mouse drawer can replace the top 3 in drawer.

Can a computer be mounted on the cart for eMAR?
Yes. Capsa medication carts can be equipped with mounts for laptops, tablets and All-In-One computers, with side or back mounting for the EMR/EHR. A slide-out keyboard and mouse drawer can replace the top 3 in (7.6 cm) drawer, and two of the laptop trays lock (brochure C-489). Tell us which computer your team uses and we include the mount in your quote.

Can the Avalo Auto-Packaging cart keep an audit trail?
Yes, with the AutoLock upgrade. Authorized users can track cart activity, including user access and relocking, for over 2,000 events (brochure C-489). The AutoLock Audit System software reads the event log from the cart (Capsa AutoLock user manual). AutoLock also relocks a cart left still after 1 to 99 minutes, and a proximity card reader can be added as a second access requirement.
How does the Avalo Auto-Packaging cart hold up to daily use?
Its high-density panels resist denting and corrosion, and its modular design allows simple component replacement and refurbishing (brochure C-489). Capsa's preventive care sheet lists what to inspect: the lock, the casters, the drawers and drawer rails, and the computer arm if one is mounted. When a part wears out, contact our team with the model and the serial number (on the back of the cart): we forward your request to Capsa Healthcare and follow it until it is resolved.
