The kidney-shaped work surface measures 28 × 18 in (71.1 × 45.7 cm), with rounded edges and a hole to route cables and power cords.
The height adjusts by hand from 32.5 to 48.5 in (82.6 to 123.2 cm), to talk with a patient who is seated or to work standing.

Does the Kidney Cart have storage?
Capsa does not list drawers for the Kidney Cart. Storage comes from accessories mounted on the column: a wire basket, a scanner shelf, a power supply holder and wipe mounts. If you need storage that locks, the SlimCart takes one or two removable drawers that lock with a key (option).
Is the Kidney Cart small enough for tight spaces?
The base takes 15.35 to 16.02 × 16.73 in (39 to 40.7 × 42.5 cm) of floor space, but the work surface is the widest part of the cart: 28 in (71.1 cm) wide by 18 in (45.7 cm) deep. Measure doorways and the space beside the bed against the width of the work surface.
What can be mounted on the Kidney Cart?
The laptop and documents sit on the work surface, and the accessories attach to the front or back of the column. Capsa does not list a monitor mount, a tablet bracket or a maximum load for the Kidney Cart: for a monitor or a tablet, the SlimCart is configured for both.
