AX Series Wall Arm

A wall-mounted monitor arm for patient rooms and care areas where the computer needs to be at the bedside without taking floor space. LIOMAR helps you choose the arm components, the wall track and the accessories for your equipment. The computer and monitor are not included.
- 12 in (30.5 cm) of vertical monitor travel through 90° of articulating arm motion
- 180° of lateral motion; the monitor or keyboard tray tilts 90° up and 20° down
- VESA 75 and 100 mm monitor mount; under 8 in (20.3 cm) from the wall when stowed
- Laptop tray, tablet mount and CPU holder as options; also mounts on Capsa carts
The computer at the bedside, off the floor

Mounted on a wall track, the arm brings the screen and keyboard to the bed and folds back after use. Capsa lists clinical documentation, eMAR and barcode scanning, registration, medication and supply preparation, and order entry.

The keyboard adjusts vertically, independently of the monitor, so each user sets the distance between the hands and the screen.

The AX arm also comes with a rear mount for Capsa Avalo, M-Series and Vintage Encore carts, with the same laptop tray.

Build the arm around your equipment: a standard laptop tray, a tablet mount, a CPU holder or a mouse holder.

Questions about the AX Series Wall Arm
Can the AX Series Wall Arm hold a laptop?
Yes, with the AX Series standard laptop tray (part 600502), which holds a laptop up to 15 in (Capsa form C-261). Capsa also lists a tablet mount and a CPU holder (600508) for the AX arm. The laptop is not included: tell us its model and we confirm the tray with your quote.
What equipment does the AX Series Wall Arm support?
The arm carries a monitor on a VESA 75 or 100 mm mount and a keyboard tray that adjusts on its own. Capsa lists a CPU holder (600508), a mouse holder (600509), a 20 × 11.5 in (50.8 × 29.2 cm) work surface and an 18 in (45.7 cm) extender arm as options. The extender is not available with the 16 in (40.6 cm) wall track.
How is the AX Series arm repositioned and adjusted?
The arm moves by hand through its articulating and lateral range. To match the weight of your equipment, Capsa sets three tensions with the two Allen wrenches provided: the main lift spring, the tilt balance and the rotation of the arm. Turn clockwise for heavier equipment or less freedom of movement, counterclockwise for lighter equipment (Capsa sheet 810024).
Is the AX Series Wall Arm compatible with standard monitors?
It takes monitors with a VESA 75 or 100 mm mounting pattern, and the monitor tilts 90° up and 20° down. Capsa’s AX sheet does not state a maximum monitor weight. Send us the model of your monitor and we confirm the fit with Capsa before your quote.
How much does the AX Series Wall Arm cost?
The price depends on the arm components, the wall track, the accessories and the number of workstations. Request a quote and a representative replies within two business days. The computer and monitor are not included, and the lead time is confirmed with your quote.
