Standard (10-High), Intermediate (9-High) or Compact (8-High). Capsa shows its blue emergency cart in the standard height and its red one in the intermediate height.
Smooth panels and seamless drawers allow simple cleaning. The steel frame is precision-welded, with high-impact panels.

Questions about the Avalo Crash Cart
How do you check a crash cart?
Your facility's protocol sets what is checked inside the cart and how often. For the cart itself, Capsa's preventive care sheet lists what to inspect: the lock, the casters, hardware and accessories, work surfaces, and drawers and drawer rails. If a part is worn or the lock no longer works, contact our team with the model and the serial number (on the back of the cart): we forward your request to Capsa Healthcare and follow it until it is resolved.
What should be on a crash cart in a nursing home?
The contents are set by your clinical team and your facility's protocol. The Avalo crash cart carries the equipment around them: Capsa offers a defibrillator shelf, a cardiac board, an oxygen tank holder, an I.V. pole and drawer dividers (brochure C-489). Tell us what your protocol requires and we include the matching accessories in your quote.
Can the Avalo Crash Cart be secured with a breakaway lock?
Yes. A breakaway lock is among the Capsa options for Avalo medical carts, which include the emergency cart (brochure C-489). Your protocol sets how the cart is sealed and checked between codes. Name the breakaway lock in your quote request with the other emergency accessories. If a lock needs replacing later, our team forwards your request to Capsa Healthcare and follows it until it is resolved.
What colours does the Avalo Crash Cart come in?
Capsa shows its Avalo emergency cart in blue, in the standard height with accessory package 2, and in red, in the intermediate height with accessory package 3 (brochure C-489). The brochure does not describe colour-coded drawers. Tell us the colour, the height and the package you need, and we confirm the options with Capsa in your quote.
